Hey, it’s Coach Dezi.
Let’s talk honestly about what’s happening in the business space right now. AI is everywhere. And depending on who you listen to, it can feel like you’re supposed to already know how to use everything it offers.
But the women I coach aren’t overwhelmed by AI itself. They’re overwhelmed by the noise around it.
Some move quickly because they had support. They invested in guidance, found mentors, or had someone helping them cut through the chaos. When you’re ready for that kind of help, it makes a world of difference.
But not everyone is at that stage. Some women need space to sort through things before they commit. Some want to test and explore without pressure. Others are still trying to recover from previous investments that didn’t match their needs.
And that’s when clarity becomes essential.
“Women aren’t confused by AI. They’re overloaded and carrying too much alone.”
The online space is loud. Motivational messaging is everywhere, but the practical “how” often sits behind a large price tag. This environment leads to tools bought but never used, courses started but not finished, and a constant sense of falling behind.
Ask me how I know. I’ve lived through it myself.
This isn’t about capability. It’s about capacity. And without clarity, capacity drains fast.
“Clarity shifts how you invest and how you build. It always has.”
You can see it in the patterns:
• Buying tech hoping something will click
• Trying to figure everything out alone
• Spending money on tools that don’t match the season you’re in
• Building a website before the offer is solid
• Starting strong, slowing down, then stopping
• Holding everything in your head
This isn’t confusion. It’s overload.
AI will keep expanding and influencing how we work. But the real difference-maker is what you bring to the tool. When you’re clear, even the smallest tool supports you. When you’re overloaded, even the best one adds pressure.
“Technology will never outperform the clarity of the person using it.”
Essie™ didn’t begin as an app. She began as a lifeline — a quiet place where I could think, organize what mattered, and make decisions without the spiral.
As I coached more women, I realized they needed the same thing:
Not more tools.
Not more pressure.
Just a steady place to get clear and stay focused.
Women use Essie™ to:
• Get focused on the one problem they are the solution for
• Strengthen their foundation
• Break the start-and-stop cycle
• Make aligned decisions
• Stay focused when life gets loud
Essie™ doesn’t run your business. She helps you build from clarity instead of overwhelm.
If this sounds like the season you’re in, I’ll share details in the comments wherever this appears.
